Each virtual try-on (VTO) in your plan includes a lifelike visualization of the customer in the garment(s), their accurate size and personalized style advice.

Nothing happens automatically. We track your usage but don’t enforce hard limits, so a traffic spike or successful campaign will never automatically move you to a higher plan. If your store consistently exceeds its monthly VTO allowance for several months, we’ll get in touch to discuss upgrading.

Yes. Monthly plans have no minimum commitment, so you can cancel whenever you like.

Yes. We won’t start billing until you’ve had a chance to see the impact Idntfy has on your return rate and bottom line, typically around 30 days.

Virtual try-on and personalized style advice require no manual onboarding. Idntfy uses the product images and descriptions you already have. For accurate sizing, we also need your garment measurements. These can be added manually in Idntfy Studio or synced from your existing PIM or PLM system.

Idntfy Studio is your partner portal for managing Idntfy. You can import products from your store, choose which Idntfy features they support, view customer insights, manage product data, and more.

Idntfy Studio is included with every monthly plan at no additional cost.

Yes. We support high-volume brands and can tailor a plan to your usage and requirements. Talk to our team.

No. Our plans are based on the number of virtual try-ons you use, not the number of products or SKUs in your catalogue. You’re free to choose which products you enable Idntfy for.
